Title: Head Coach

Years Experience: 2nd Season

Emily Vossers, a proud alum of Geneva High School (Class of 2018), brings a wealth of experience and passion for basketball to her coaching career. After a standout high school career at Geneva, Emily continued her journey as a student-athlete, playing four years of college basketball at Thiel College, where she graduated in 2022.

Following her college career, Emily began coaching middle school basketball during the 2022-2023 season and also coached middle school track for two seasons (2023 and 2024). She expanded her coaching resume with one year of experience in AAU basketball.

Emily took on the role of Head Varsity Basketball Coach in the 2023-2024 season, leading her team to an impressive 18-5 record in her debut season. She is now heading into her second year as the head varsity coach for the 2024-2025 season, aiming to build on her early success and continue to develop her players both on and off the court.

Title: JV Coach / Varsity Assistant

Years Experience: 1st Season

Emily Corlew is a proud Geneva High School alumna, now back at her alma mater for her 3rd year of coaching. This is her first season as the JV Coach and Varsity Assistant for the basketball program. Previously, Coach Corlew spent 2 years coaching at the middle school level for Geneva. In addition to basketball, she has also volunteered and coached volleyball and track at both Geneva Middle School and Grand Valley Middle School.

Coach Corlew, alongside Coach Vossers, emphasizes the importance of fundamentals, teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Together, they are dedicated to helping each player reach their fullest potential on the court while fostering skills and values that extend beyond the game.
