All the High School runners had a good day and represented the Geneva Eagles well at the CVC Meet. The girls finished 3rd as a team in the Lake Division. The Eagles were led by freshman Adriana Belconis who finished 2nd overall in our division earning CVC honors. Also running for the girls was Paytton Lemponen, Taylor Noce, Charlotte Hart, Sienna Gearhart-Johnston, Lissy Rosales, Gillian Kapala, and Jeenah Palmer. The boys fought hard and won the Lake Division Championship. They packed close together as a team: John D'Alessandro-3, Conor Shontz -4, Ethan Schenk-5, John Cybulski-10, and Jasper Schenk -11. Other varsity runners were Jackson Dodd-20, Richard Balog-27, Jackson Sanzo-35, and Evan Porter-49.The Eagles run in Madison for Districts next Saturday.
